New Age Health Spa
There's no better way to connect your mind, body and soul than through aromatherapy. This healing practice, dating back to the 4th Century BC, has spanned the eras to become a respected contemporary method of promoting well being. Here are some ways to utilize this powerful technique at home.

Aromatic Baths
Aromatherapy baths can be relaxing, detoxifying or reviving, depending on the oils you choose. To prepare a bath, simply ad two or four drops of your favorite oil to a warm bath and stir.

Inhalants
Inhalations may be used to relieve headaches and clear the congestion often accompanied by colds. To make a simple steam inhalation, add two drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale while holding a towel over your head.

Room Fresheners
What better way to take in the all around benefits of Aromatherapy then by spreading it all around you! Use a ceramic vaporizer, a light bulb aroma ring or simply a spray bottle filled with water and your selected oil to spread its wonderful properties all over your environment.
