The Heartland Spa (Illinois)
1. New Stuff - shoes, gear, music, classes, program, exercises. Make it fresh and new!

2. Hire someone to motivate you - like a personal trainer - someone to keep you going!

3. A friends motivation - you keep her going, she keeps you going and vice versa!

4. Take a trip/vacation - on a ski trip, sledding in the park with the family, hiking, or a trip to a Destination Spa (The Heartland Spa)!

5. Fresh Air & Sunshine - take the dog for a walk, rake leaves and play in them, go to the park, take a bike ride! Be a kid again!

6. Find the positive in exercising - you're helping your health (physical & mental health), your attitude, your body image, and your family! We could go on & on about the benefits of exercise! Remember how good it feels when you're done with your exercise!

7. Log it - with a new journal or planner to see how you are progressing and how much you really truly are doing! Be proud of yourself! Sticking with it is BIG and you can do it!!

8. Take a challenge - do something you haven't done before, try a class you have been a little intimidated by, do an adventure course.

9. Tank tops & swimming suits - now you have plenty of time to get ready for spring ..again. if it didn't quite happen this year.

10. Self Satisfaction - Once you start motivating yourself, you will be motivated and will then motivate yourself more and more and more! Find what motivates you and share the excitement - your motivation will motivate others, which will motivate you to keep going!! Do you need any more motivation than that!!
