It is never pleasant to experience aches or pain, but a headache goes beyond discomfort - affecting your whole being. Feeling good is the norm and not feeling good is due to an imbalance in your system. Thus, discovering the imbalance and correcting it are the keys to relieving headaches and ultimately feeling good.
Many individuals have found relief from headaches by participating in yoga exercises and altering nutritional habits. Deep breathing and releasing tension in the neck and shoulders can make a profound difference. In conjunction with the yoga, you should examine what you feed your body.
Certain food substances and compounds such as aspartame, MSG, nitrates and nitrites, as well as red wine, caffeine, sugar and dairy products can contribute to headaches for many people. If you have experimented with eliminating those foods and still have headaches, start keeping a record of everything you consume, and especially watch wheat, corn, chocolate, eggs and citrus fruit. Beyond these somewhat common reactive foods, other items such as nuts, tomatoes, onions, bananas and apples, may be affecting you. Even though they are healthful foods, they may not be best suited for you.
There is an answer and yes relief. Don't accept headache ailments.
