Did you know that sleep is directly linked to your health? You can actually increase your life as well as improve your results of dieting and exercise simply by getting a good night's rest!

How can you get a good night's sleep? After all, our lives are so hectic and filled with noise and distractions. Here are some tips:

- Make the room peaceful, minimizing lighting and noise.
- Add scented sachets to your pillow. Lavender works wonders!
- Place a soothing sound devices on your nightstand.
- Wear comfortable clothing to bed.
- Set the temperature - make sure you are not too cold or hot.
- Go to bed early.
- Avoid caffeine. If you like a beverage before nodding off, try drinking herbal tea.
- Take a hot bath or shower right before bed.
- Read before bed to help you fall asleep.
