Imagine a holiday season that's all about enjoying yourself. Enjoying the traditional foods of the season instead of worrying about whether you're gaining weight. Looking forward to parties, having fun dressing up (instead of stressing over whether you can find something to wear),and beginning January without going on a diet.

Sound too good to be true? It doesn't have to be, and that's 'healthy eating'is all about.

At the core of the annual holiday misery that many of us face inconstant concern over food and weight that plagues us the rest of the year, too. The remedy? Relax about eating. Hence the above title. We're not necessarily recommending you take up yoga this holiday season, but we do encourage you to do whatever it takes to bring the peace and calm yoga provides into your holiday this year.

Begin with your eating. Start blending nutrition and enjoyment in a way that truly makes you feel good. Keep moving to manage stress and help your body function at its best. And stay positive -- celebrate yourself as you go through holidays enjoying the opportunities they bring. We hope that you will truly celebrate the holiday, felling great while you enjoy the delights this season offers -- good food enjoyed in a way that makes you feel great, good friends and good feelings.
