The Aspen Center for Integral Health will honor Cal-a-Vie's talented culinary team, lead by Executive Chef Jason Graham, with the coveted Platinum Carrot Award at this year's Aspen Spa Experience on August 9 and 10. Past recipients of this distinction include culinary icons like Nobu, Alice Water, James Boyce, Mollie Katzen, Andy Arndt and Bradley Ogden. Cal-a-Vie is highly regarded for its innovative culinary program, featuring cuisine that is low in calories and high in complex carbohydrates, grains, whole wheat and other natural foods.
