Past recipients of this distinction include culinary icons like Nobu, Alice Water, James Boyce, Mollie Katzen, Andy Arndt and Bradley Ogden. Cal-a-Vie is highly regarded for its innovative culinary program, featuring cuisine that is low in calories and high in complex carbohydrates, grains, whole wheat and other natural foods.
