Enjoy a delicious week of daily cooking classes and interactive demonstrations focused on creating great-tasting, good-for-you recipes. Work with Chefs Scott Uehlein, Justin Morrow and Shawn Brisby, all contributors to Canyon Ranch's newest cookbook, "Nourish: Indulgently Healthy Cuisine" (Viking, 2009). In addition, visit with Chef Piet Wigmans from Hawaii's famous Mauna Kea Resort, who will share his favorite Hawaiian indigenous foods and dishes, for something completely different!
