Whether you're an experienced chef or just learning, you'll love this in-depth event, featuring five hours of hands-on culinary classes and activities every day. Your expert and highly entertaining hosts include Corporate Chef Scott Uehlein, most recently seen on the Today Show, Executive Chef Justin Morrow and Demonstration Chef Shawn Brisby.

Special activities include dinner at the restaurant of a renowned local chef, preparing dinner with Canyon Ranch chefs for guests at our Double U Café, and visiting a local farmers market to choose ingredients for your grand finale dinner with the chefs.
