The health retreat "Performance Sante Program" starts with a comprehensive health assessment at Medisys Health Group in order to get an accurate snapshot of the client's current health status and to identify areas for improvement. This comprehensive check-up includes a complete physical examination by one of Medisys' medical specialists, blood testing, an electrocardiogram, an abdominal ultrasound, and nutrition and fitness assessments, among other procedures.
Upon completion of the Medisys assessment, clients will then make their way to Spa Eastman to be greeted by a doctor and health coach whose mandate is to immerse the client in health and wellness for the next 5 or 7 days. Clients will consult with a nutritionist and kinesiologist to develop an action plan to address the issues that have been identified in the Medisys health assessment and they will benefit from a personalized program of spa treatments designed to increase relaxation and reduce stress.
