We've broken ground! The Ranch's Spa Cooking School, La Cocina Que Canta (Kitchen that Sings) will open in the spring of '07 in a new, 4,500-square-foot facility at our 6-acre organic farm, Rancho Tres Estrellas. Guests can look forward to hands-on classes, delicious meals, and the inspired tutelage of visiting celebrity and restaurant chefs. Come to Cocina Que Canta for a complete cooking school experience -- in the midst of the lilting scents of rosemary and lavender -- and discover new and delicious approaches to healthy cuisine!
